Graco Merkur 36:1 airless pump, 100ccm (G36C01) - Second hand
The unit has been checked in our workshop and the following items have been replaced: pump repair kit, suction system, drain valve, spray equipment.
The Graco MERKUR 36:1, 100ccm, offers the following features:
- Transmission ratio: 36:1
- Maximum air inlet pressure: 7 bar
- Maximum product outlet pressure: 248 bar
- Maximum number of double hubs: 60 DH/min
- Volume per double hub: 100ccm
- Flow rate at 60DH: 6.0 l/min
- Wetted parts: Stainless steel, tungsten carbide with 6% nickel, UHMWPE, PTFE, nylon, engineering plastic, fluoroelastomer.
- Fluid inlet : 1/2" pump inlet; 3/4" inlet connection
- Air inlet opening on air motor: 1/2"
Delivery of MERKUR 36:1, 100ccm includes :
- Merkur 36:1, 100ccm stainless steel pump with air motor (Airless control unit) - Second hand
- Stainless steel DN19 suction system with filter - NEW
- Hardware filter housing - Second hand (with new 100Mesh filter; pre-mounted)
- Stainless steel drain valve with circulation hose - NEW
- 10m 250 bar 1/4", DN6 fluid hose - NEW
- Graco XTR5 airless spray gun - NEW
- Airless nozzle (any size) - NEW
- 118ml Graco TSL separating agent - NEW
